Hi everyone!
My name is Danelle Granger, and I am a second-year Creative Communications student majoring in journalism at Red River College. My goal for this blog is to cover feminist issues happening right now and to hopefully create conversation about these issues in society.

Feminism, and being a feminist, is very important to me and is close to my heart, so this blog is dedicated to exploring every day news stories, pop culture, advertisements etc. through a feminist lens.

The definition of feminism can vary depending on who you talk to. Because feminism is such a broad subject, some people only focus on certain aspects. For me, feminism is all about how everyone deserves to have the basic human right of being treated equally. Feminism, to me, isn’t only for women but also men, people in between and society as a whole.

Some topics can and will be sensitive for people, so I will include trigger warnings on them. These topics come with lots of opinions so if you leave a comment or would like to have discussions on posts, please be respectful. Any hate speech or personal attacks will be removed.
